      Description

Hi. This is pretty irritating – at every stage I face a bug and request your help, I wait days upon days for assistance. I’m searching all over the web and in Fi-Ware Labs documentation and help specifically before contacting you.
I cannot find the instance password, and cannot change it: I keep getting “Error 501” and as a result I cannot use FTP, nor map network drive of any other way to access my VM for file transfer. Obviously I’m not going to re-write the whole web application In order to have it on the server. It’s been a week of no production what-so-ever because I was facing these bugs (just like the one where I couldn’t have connected to my VM because I enabled two networks for the machine), and now this.
I don’t know if the next problem is also a result of the same problem, but whenever I try to connect to VM display, It’s waiting for a response from 130.206.112.3 (Our IP is 130.206.123.31), and after a short while – I get the error message “connection refused”.

Instance info: Connected to project Amitbz cloud (ID e783364686a0443fb60051f197f20ef7). The region is Spain2.
When trying to chance the instance’s password, I get this error: “Error: Error changing password. Cause: 501 Error info”, and the info: “{"notImplemented": {"message": "Unable to set password on instance", "code": 501}}”.

      PLEASE response ASAP.
      Amit.

        Hi
Thanks for contacting us. If you need information you can find some videos in help.lab.fiware.org, concretely the instances video explains you how to access to the VM by using the keypair, since we have disabled the option to access by password, due to security.
In addition, you can find information in stackoverflow. For instance, http://stackoverflow.com/questions/23345226/accesing-to-a-vm-on-fi-lab
To access to your VM you can use ssh -i yourkeypair.pem root@yourIP.
Tell me if this can help you or if you continue having problems.
        Regards,
        Henar
