          Description

          The following issue has been submitted by Agrivi Project on Fractals:

          I'm having issues with setting up virtual instances in Fiware Cloud portal. I have managed to launch the instance (with some strange errors appearing few times), and now I wish to set up security groups and assign floating IP's to my instance.
          However, i get this error for assigning floating IP

          And I'm unsure what to enter here to enable access to my instance over SSH

          Hope you can help with this.

              Btw, can you include "javier.romero@atos.net" in your replies? the system did not allow me to set him as the reporter of the issue.. thanks

              Dear user,

              please provide your tenant_id and/or the UUID of the instance that having issues.
              I assume that your tenant_id is: 2741b511c2f04267b636a5b4290aee07

              This tenant_id has currently no instances configured.

              root@xifi-juno-ctrl:~# nova list --tenant 2741b511c2f04267b636a5b4290aee07 --all-tenants

              Each user has a default security rule. Please use this to manage your rules. You can add a rule by clicking on "Add Rule" of the lower right corner (see image002.png)

              If you select the node-int-net-01 network for launching your instance your should be able to associate the floating IP. Before you have to allocate the IP in the Security Tab to your tenant. Make sure that you select the floating IP from the public-ext-net-01 pool.

              You can ignore my previous e-mail and this bug report since we have decided
              to go with the option for setting up enablers on our servers, and not on
              Fiware Cloud.
