Subject: Help connecting to Fi-Ware Labs cloud instance

Hi Ilknur, it’s Amit from NoviQr.

In regards to our previous chat we decided to go ahead and use Fi-Ware Labs’ cloud, to host our application that will involve 6 of Fi-Ware’s GEs. I have set the instance, associated a public IP to it, added 2 security groups and set a keypair. In the security groups I added two rules:

      TCP 22 22 0.0.0.0/0 CIDR

      TCP 80 80 0.0.0.0/0 CIDR

And still I can’t find our machine (on 130.206.123.31) using SSH nor HTTP. Can you please help me or link me with someone who could? It pretty urgent.

      Thanks in advance,

      Amit.

          Dear Amit,

I have checked that your VM has two different networks and the router had failed giving the correct routing.

Please, remove your VM and deploy a new one selecting only one network named "node-int-net-01" for that VM.

          It should be working.

If you have any other problem, please write back to us.

          Best Regards
          Guillermo Jiménez
