Hi Krunoslav,
I just took a look at your instance, it was stucked at grub boot stage. Maybe did you try to reboot it through cloud portal option and it get stucked in this way…
So now it seems to work correctly, I tried to connect in SSH to your public IP 195.220.224.7 and I get answer from the instance, despite I cannot connect because I don’t have the key. I also checked the image and it seems to work correctly.
Can you please retry to login using your key and the “Ubuntu” user ? Please let me know if it works.

Yes, security group is configure. In fact everything worked fine untill I created new VM instance. One VM instance is running GIS image, and another is running Centos 6.

I tested the cloud portal but I did not notice any particular slowness. Sometimes it might be slow but this is often because of the cloud portal application and not because of the node / infrastructure owner, so there is nothing we can do about it.
About the floating IP issues in menus (instances/Security->FloatingIP), we already noticed this problem and created a ticket about it to the cloud portal team, unfortunately it is still not resolved : https://jira.fiware.org/browse/CLD-659. Let's hope it will be resolved soon...
