I problemi di raggiungibilità sono stati ripristinati.
Vedo che ha lanciato la sua VM ed è running & active.
Riesco anche a pingarla.

Posso chiudere il ticket realtivo?

Oggetto: Cannot access my new VM with the floating IP

We are new to FI-Lab, but already operate a few AWS instances.
Yesterday we tried to start our first VM in the Trento Node for the
FI-Adopt project FAIRVILLAGE.
We were able to

• create the keypair "fairvillage" and download it as fairvillage.pem
• configure the default security group: opened ports 22 and 80, and
  enabled ICMP of type 0 (echo)
• launch the Ubuntu 14 instance named fv01, with the fairvillage.pem
  keypair and the default security group
• associate that instance to the floating IP 193.205.211.118
  We also generated the private key fairvillage.ppk, from fairvillage.pem,
  with PuTTYgen

However

• I cannot access the public IP from a Windows SSH shell (putty) that
  has been configured with the private key fairvillage.ppk
• cannot access the public IP from a Linux shell: ssh
  root@193.205.211.118 -i fairvillage.pem
• get no HTTP response (port 80) from 193.205.211.118; but I'm not sure
  that Apache has been started
• get no response to ping.

I'm doing something wrong? Do I lack some information?
