FIWARE.Request.Lab.Spain.Cannot access "Cloud portal" and http://130.206.82.217/ on Spain Node 1.

      Description

      Dear all,
      we have been experiencing issues in accessing "Cloud Portal" and
      http://130.206.82.217/ on Spain Node 1.

      Are you working on it? It works for 10 mins and then
      nothing............it has been doing like this the whole morning.

      Please let us know if "no scheduled maintenance" is on-going.

        I need more information in order to understand the issue.
        Is it a problem related to the cloud portal itself or when you try to use
        the "Spain 1" node?
        Is this 130.206.82.217 a floating IP related to the same Spain 1 node?
        Can you please send me also your tenant id?

        I can authenticate on https://oldaccount.lab.fiware.org/users/sign_in
        but then when i click on the "Cloud" link
        (https://oldcloud.lab.fiware.org) I get a blank page with the usual
        cloud portal header (see attached screenshot).

        No, it is an IP assigned to a VM of the FINESCE WP4 cloud region in the
        Spain node 1
