Description
Problems on Spain node.
Since yesterday we can’t work properly in our project.
Can’t connect (ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE)
We tried everything: Rebooting Instances, releasing IP, connecting by VNC.
Nothing works.
And we need to work. We are in SOUL-FI ROUND B1 programme.
Please, HELP US!!!!
It will be a good idea a Twitter account to inform FI-WARE LAB users about issues in the cloud.

Dear Victor,
I can see 3 VMs in your account both with interfaces in 2 networks, none of them with a public IP (well you have 192.132.0.0/24 which belongs to somewhere in Canada, but you use it as private network).
In the other hand I've seen you have private router. Your router was created before we patched our cloud installation because this kind of routers were known to cause connectivity problems.
In order to solve your problem with floating IPs in your router you should either associating floating IPs to one IP belonging to node-int-net-01 network (192.168.192.0/18) or deleteing your router and creating a new one.
If you chose 2nd option, you'll need to follow some steps:
1. Disassociate all your floating IPs.
2. Clear the router gateway.
3. remove the network interfaces in the router.
4. remove the router.
5. Create one router again
6. Add the gateway
7. Add the interface to your network.
Anyway, if you choose 1st option, you won't need the router anymore an you should consider removing the router too.
Best regards,
José Ignacio.
