          Hello,

          We have recently been upgraded to Community Account. However we have not been granted a public IP within the quota. Therefore we are not able to access our instances.

            in order to get a Public IP in Trento node you have to send us the ID of the responsible of the project.

            Up to now I didn’t receive any information and the public IP was not yet granted. Please resolve this issue as it blocks our work.
