        We are doing an effort to provide this feature, but the plugin we bought and supposed to fix it doesn't work for FIWARE's configuration .
        You can see below the link requesting support to the plugin provider: https://metainf.atlassian.net/browse/JETI-830

        Anyway, the help desk tracker is public and the user can go there to find it out.

        As summary I don't think it'll be available in the short run.

        Sorry, corrected to Critical. My bad!

        I think this is very misleading if customer do not get the reference ID, this creates communication overhead.

        Synopsis: this ticket has been created per email to: fiware-lab-help@lists.fi-ware.org

        Result:
        a) this ticket created -> OK
        b) mail response as seen in the screenshot -> NOT OK

        Expected behaviour:
        in b) -> the email response MUST contain JIRA ticket ID!

        Please fix.
