Description
Hello FI-Lab support.
Since it has taken us quite some time to get access to the FI-Lab Cloud platform and to get our VM instances up and running, it seems that there are now no more floating IP’s available.
We would therefor like a quota change that would give us access to two (2) floating IP addresses.

Dear user,
we generally assing only one floating IP, you can use a reverse proxy to manage connections towards web services running on different vms. As far as we understand you don't have any floating IP, correct?
Kind regards
