      Dear Vladan,
      let me apologize for the late response.

      Could you provide a description of the steps you are following when you try
      to initiate an instance?

      The approach we are using is through putty key generator. We generate a key
      with putty and then we import it to openstack's portal. We save the private
      and public key via the same putty key generator interface to txt files and
      we use the private key for the authentication.
