Status: 3rd week of July we expect a document to be published for this.

dear thierry,

i think the best way is saying that in the following weeks the fi-osc will
be launched and that along today the public consultation process on the
fi-osc governance will be opened.

may be it is possible to anticipate that there will be a dedicated
incubation process which will allow new geris to be included in fiware.

Should be fine now, as FIWARE is working on a Governance Model document which includes also information on this application process.

As of July 14th and until 31th July it is in RFC status.
