Dear sir/madam,
After I got community status, my instance (everything was set up) on Volos
node was deleted. But that is not my biggest problem. I tried to run new
instance but I didn't manage to login using SSH. I tried to generate new
keypair, to delete instance and create the new one; I tried to login with
PEM file from Linux as well as with PPK from Windows, but every time, it
refuse the key file and ask me for root password.
Can you help me somehow?

Dear sir/madam,
In project proposal we wrote this: "All other data such as 3rd parity
related videos and documentation will be hosted using Object Storage SE and
retrieval of data will be done using APIs."
BUT there is no Object Storage on Volos node where I got community account.
There is only Volumes.
During the proposal writing there was no Volumes on Spain node...
Does Volumes use API and is there any tutorial for it, and, what is more
important, are we allowed to use Volumes instead of Object Storage, because
it was not written in project proposal?

just to inform you that Volos node helped me with my SSH problem.
I have one more question for you:
In project proposal we wrote this: "All other data such as 3rd parity related videos and documentation will be hosted using Object Storage SE and retrieval of data will be done using APIs."
BUT there is no Object Storage on Volos node. There is only Volumes. During the proposal writing there was no Volumes on Spain node...
Does Volumes use API and is there any tutorial for it, and, what is more important, are we allowed to use Volumes instead of Object Storage, because it was not written in project proposal?

In order to solve your problem, we need to know your project ID: you can find it selecting your project name and looking at the info bar in the bottom of the page, something like <project-name> (ID 00000000000000000000000000000xyz).

did you reply to the user via email or only with a comment on Jira?
Please, you keep in mind that the simple comment on Jira doesn't send automatically an email to the user.
You have to reply by email to the user, keeping the list fiware-lab-help@lists.fi-ware.eu in CC (in order to add automatically a comment on Jira).
Usually, you can find the user's email address in the bottom of the ticket description.
If you already did that, please ignore this email

The approach we are using is through putty key generator. We generate a key with putty and then we import it to openstack's portal. We save the private and public key via the same putty key generator interface to txt files and we use the private key for the authentication.

In order to verify the user issue, I tried to login via SSH using my account (ID 3373): I got root password request using an Ubuntu Instance and "Connection refused" using CentOS instance. I can ping the Floating IP without problem.

Dear Vladan,
about the use of Volumes instead of Object Storage, I don’t know the answer.
A solution might be to get the Object Storage service on another node (e.g. Lannion), keeping your Cloud resources on Volos.
So, you will be able to retrieve the data via API sending your API request to Lannion.
In order to get that service from Lannion, you have to make a new “Request Community Account upgrade” (you can find the link at https://account.lab.fiware.org/) specifying, in addition to the mandatory fields:
In addition, in the “Additional Comments” field, you have to write that you already have Cloud resources at Volos, but the Object Storage service isn’t available on that node.
