Hi
I have 11 Jira tickets. I can see them in Jira but
a) I do not have any permissions in Jira to answer them
b) I do not receive any email notifications on jira ticket updates
If you use Jira to communicate to externals, then you need to add us as
users incl. email address and provide the permission to respond to tickets!
Please reply via email (not Jira ticket) to this email.

The issue has been emailed:
HELP-3281) [Fiware-lab-help] no jira notification and no ability to reply to jira tickets *Dear Keyvan,
The help desk tracker wasn't designed to inform the end user for any change on its status or assignee but when new comments are added.
Nonetheless, I thank you for the suggestion. And so a backlog item has been created to consider modifying its behavior accordingly.
