Dear Oscar,
in order to solve your issue we need to know:

• the ID of instance in which you are experiencing the issue
• your project ID: you can find it selecting your project name and looking at the info bar in the bottom of the page, something like <project-name> (ID 00000000000000000000000000000xyz).
  Meanwhile, I’m going to forward your request to the Spain support team.

Hi,
I installed, access through SSH and used successfully an instance in 130.206.122.49. But now I can not even SSH it, though in control panel it says it is running and active.
I am in Spain2. It dead? what should I do?

Sorry but it does not work. I did not tried yesterday, but right now PUTTY
says It can not connect to IP.
