in order to solve your issue we need to know your project ID: you can find it selecting your project name and looking at the info bar in the bottom of the page, something like <project-name> (ID 00000000000000000000000000000xyz).

Hi,

I have a problem with the Blueprint Instance, it won't start and gives me the folowing message:

"Description: Create environment TestInstance

Status: ERROR

Error: The Environment TestInstance is not in the System

Error: undefined. Cause: 503 Error "

I have cloned the istance "wtcsync".
My region is Spain2.

Hi,

I have tried again and it still gives me that error, but I was thinking,
the first time I've made an instance from that template it worked but I
didn't add a key pair so after that I've removed the instance and modified
the template adding the key pair and network, then it started giving me
that error so maybe I'm doing something wrong there. But right now I have a
different problem, my Blueprint Template Catalog is empty.
