          Description

          Hi,

          I have a problem with the Blueprint Instance, it won't start and gives me
          the folowing message:

          *"Description: Create environment TestInstanceStatus: ERRORError: The
          Environment TestInstance is not in the SystemError: undefined. Cause: 503
          Error "*

          I have cloned the istance "wtcsync".
          My region is Spain2.
