FIWARE.Request.Lab.PiraeusN.Snapshot migration.

      Description

      Hello,
      my account was successful migrated to a community account.
      Now it's binded to the node I've selected ( Berlin)

      I had an instance on the Pireus node that I can't see anymore.
      Is it possibile to migrate the last snapshot I did there to Berlin node?
      If so, how?

      Have I lost everything?

        thank you for contact us. Regarding your instance in Piraeus, could you please clarify on which node it was actually hosted? There are 2 nodes that include the name "Piraeus"; a) PiraeusU and b) PiraeusN.
        In case your instance was hosted on

        {b}PiraeusU{b}

        , could you please provide us your tenant-name and tenant-id so as to check our cloud hosts for your vm? In case your VM was in the PiraeusN node, this helpdesk request should be assigned to the corresponding admin team.

        I would also add that I'm trying to use CLI with PireusN in order to check
        if the snapshots are still there, but the endpoint is not responding
        ERROR (ConnectionRefused): Unable to establish connection to
        http://185.23.171.2:8774/v2/.../servers/detail
