FIWARE.Request.Lab.Lannion.blueprint template creation fails.

      Hi

      When I attemt to create a "blueprint template", I get error500:

          Hi

          I still haven't received a response. The blueprints cannot be setup
          (error500).

          As a workarond, we setup a reguar ubuntu instance to manually load the
          relevant enablers, however, we can't connect to the server via SSH either
          (no ping is returned).

          It would be good to get some support on the infrastructure.

          Hi Keyvan,

          As said in my previous comment, this is NOT an infratracture problem, but a feature problem.
          We also got problem on some GE images but it seems you did even not reach this step.

          I have forwarded the request using the "automatic" attribution but not sure about what it did...
          So I will create a ticket for you to cloud portal developpers.
          I can not do better for the moment.

          I created a clone of this ticket and attributed again to the cloud portal team.
          Now we can talk about your instance issues.

          In order to take a look at the ssh connection problem, I need to know your instance ID. You can find it by clicking on instance name, then looking at the ID field.
