        Ok, thank you.

May I know what is the problem? I am having some troubles when test users
cannot access the server, I will have a public presentation next Monday.

I need to know how stable will be the server in the next weeks.

May I have access also an other Region (like Trento)? will it be more
stable? Do I need to use my own server?

        Best,
        Diego

        Dear Diego,

I have seen that you have a router named "smartIPM". This router was created some months ago before we patched and reconfigure our cloud software to prevent this kind of problems with routers.

The solution to your problem is removing your router and create a new one. This is done in a few steps:

        1. Disassociating the public IP from the VM.
        2. Cleaning the interfaces in the router
        3. Deleting the gateway from the router
        4. Deleting the router.

At this moment, you should be able to create a new router, add a gateway, add your network interface to your new router and associate the IP again toy our VM.

        Regards,
        José Ignacio.
