FIWARE.Request.Lab.Spain.Network problems at FIWARE Lab?

          Description

          Hi,

          I discovered about 2:30 PM CET Monday, that I could not access our VM
          instance at SPAIN2 anymore. Until then it worked fine.

          I tried to reboot the VM it, but still no luck. The "view display" shows:

          Is there a network problem?

            Hi Henar,

            I use the account clauserik@rowanalytics.com, and I can see the instance
            in the browser:

            , but not access it from outside via SSH.

            The instance was probably creates by basel@rowanalytics.com.

            Please give this a high priority, since we are getting close to our
            deadline, and we are spending way too much time with dealing with issues
            with the FIWARE Lab.

            Hi again,

            I am aware that there are big problems with stability right now, but
            since I haven't heard from you and I still can't access our instance, I
            would very much like an update on this and an estimate for when we
            become operable again. Can you provide that?

            We have a deadline soon and the missing stability of FIWARE Lab makes us
            worry about the time we waste.
