      Description

      Hello,

I am from Tobyrich GmbH. We are part of EU Pioneer Accelerator program.

I am trying to start a server instance and I am getting errors during IP
association. Also, how do I get a public IP for the created instance? Could
you guide me through this please?

I am working on the Berlin region. But I am still getting pop ups saying
that all the data, instances, IPs will be deleted in two weeks time. Can we
      secure our data somehow?

      Kind Regards,

Dear User, the Berlin node has managed public IP addresses. We will need to assign IPs to your tenant. For that we need your tenant ID (or project ID) which has not been provided so far. The migration to the new Berlin2 set-up is almost completed. In that course we also created snapshots of your old tenant on the Berlin node. Please indicate if you need to migrate the old set-up to the new one. For being able to do that we also need your tenant id for identifying the resources belonging to your project earlier.

        Dear User,
the image is now migrated. You will find an image with the name "migration-00000000000000000000000000012996-TobyRichServer" assigned to your tenant. If you launch this image, your instance will resume at the state we suspended it.
        Sorry for the inconvenience.
