      Description

      Dear FIWARE Lab support,

      I have instances running at Region Zurich for Project "raul-pinto
      cloud". Both instances are "Status: ACTIVE" and "Power State: RUNNING".
      One of the instances has a public IP (160.85.2.61) and I assume Routers
      and Security groups are configured correctly, as I haven't changed them
      recently.

      Since april 25th, this instance is not reachable anymore. No SSH, no
      HTTP (port 3000). I restarted it using FIWARE Lab Web GUI but that
      didn't help.
      Can you point me to what is wrong and how to fix this, please?
