      Description

      Hi, I cannot login, nor get the password reset link (peter@beesafe.me <peter@beesafe.me>). Since friday, 7th of May. How shall I proceed please?

        The access problem is caused due to the migration of services to the new
        idm.

        Since you have followed the 'Restore Password' process (Connect to
        https://cloud.lab.fiware.org, Click on 'Forgot my password', Follow the
        steps to resort your password),
        then your account will be activated after the finalization of the update
        processes.

        unfortunately, as written earlier by Aristi, we are still having some issues due to the migration of services to the new IDM.
        Anyway I have just forwarded your request to the second-level support team. They will get back to you as soon as the problem will be fixed.
