Indeed it seems that it 'just' takes 8-15 seconds. Still seems to be a bug.

Before reporting I also tried adding that same rule to the default group with the same result. Then, just in case, I tried mindlessly clicking the 'add rule' button and after a while the rule appeared. But then I could not delete it (again, by clicking the delete button).
Now, while writing this report, the rules seem to have appeared (the same rule was added several times). So it seems that this is:
- happening surprisingly slowly (on the order of minutes!)
- no progress indicator is shown
- because of the slowness, the same rule will be added multiple times (without an error)

Dear,
I’ve forwarded you request to the cloud portal support. In my opinion it is not a blocking-issue since the rule is created at the end (I’ve done some test and it takes about 10 seconds) but I think is important to notify it and improve in reactivity if possibile.
