      Hi Daniele,

      Thanks for taking action on this. WRT whether it's a blocking issue or not:
      it's not a blocking issue, if you manage to figure out that it 'just' takes
      10 or 15 seconds. However, as it's totally unexpected, one doesn't
      necessarily figure it out. (Or wastes a lot of time while doing so.) So
      it's not mainly a performance issue per se, but a UX one. There is no
      feedback that something is happening. If you could stress that to the
      portal support team, that would be great.
