Indeed it seems that it 'just' takes 8-15 seconds. Still seems to be a bug.

Now, while writing this report, the rules seem to have appeared (the same rule was added several times). So it seems that this is:
- happening surprisingly slowly (on the order of minutes!)
- no progress indicator is shown
- because of the slowness, the same rule will be added multiple times (without an error)

Dear,
I’ve forwarded you request to the cloud portal support. In my opinion it is not a blocking-issue since the rule is created at the end (I’ve done some test and it takes about 10 seconds) but I think is important to notify it and improve in reactivity if possibile.
