I've sent the user an email asking for more details. We need more information in the tickets: it is not possible to fix a problem about volumes without identification about the volume nor the user.

        Mail sended:

        Hello,

Could you send me another mail, using your registered e-mail addresses (i.e. the email you use as login in fiware-lab), with more details about the problem? I need to identify which is your volume. For example you may include your project-id, the volume name (or id) and the name/id of the last VM that mounted the VM. Is this VM running yet? Have you umount all the filesystems of the volume?
