Description
If a FI-User send a mail to fiware-lab-help@lists.fi-ware.org about an issue. I guess this issue is raised in Jira as a ticket and the FI-User receive a mail notification. We saw that the mail notification does not contain any Ticket ID and we are wondering why?
Could you possibly give us an explanation about it?
