Description
If a FI-User send a mail to fiware-lab-help@lists.fi-ware.org about an issue. I guess this issue is raised in Jira as a ticket and the FI-User receive a mail notification. We saw that the mail notification does not contain any Ticket ID and we are wondering why?
Could you possibly give us an explanation about it?

this should be achievable, at the moment it's not like that simply because the reply comes from the mailing list ( i guess
