You won't be to create another VM in the Spanish region since it doesn't
have free resources left.

Hi Jose

Thanks for helping me. My instance is now back to Status: Active,
Task: None, Power State: Running, like it was before when it was
working. But unfortunately I cannot connect to it, also not ping it. I
tried to reboot, which was successful, but I still can't ping or
connect. The problem is we are planning to run an important experiment
later this afternoon with this instance and we really need it up and
running. Can you help me?

Unfortunatelly I couldn't help in preventing your delete to be executed

• I'm affraid you can't use your VM now. You can't create another VM in
  the Spanish region now because it is not accepting VM creations.

May be you could tray Budapest or PriaeusN regions which seems to be
working properly.

I'm also trying to get an instance of the server for the experiment running
on cloud.testbed.fi-ware.org, but I cannot access the port 27017:

Hi Jose,

Could you copy a backup snapshot we took on the spain region to another one
where it would be possible to have it up and running?

We are running a bit desperate, our experiment starts at 17.00 and there
were some money invested there.

Sorry I hadn't answered before — Today I'm on my free day and my time to leave on friday was 15:00. Your problem is that you hadn't defined security groups for your VM. This has to be done in the Security menu.
