FIWARE.Request.Lab.Spain.suspended instance cannot be resumed.

      Description

      Hi,

      I've created an image and its current state is: SUSPENDED - Task: resuming.
      As I first suspended it a then tried to resume it. But it never ends
      resuming. There is no operation I can try to unblock this situation. So, I
      need your help.

        The region is Spain and the instance name is novanova with ID:
        b18d09a7-a7b2-44e3-bcfe-2fd5c4979a36

        The VM is running, but the state that OpenStack see is SUSPENDED. I'm goign to change the state manually

        Solved: state of the VM changed. Mail sent to user:

        Good morning Xavier:

        We've solved the problem with your VM: now is in "Running" state again.

        Although the VM is ready, please be aware that the "Spain region" is
        temporally out of resources and therefore other problems can arise: we
        are working on this issue. Meanwhile, it is better to work with another
        region.
