I see the instance is in ACTIVE state now. Do you use security group on
this instance? The security group is needed for ssh.

Dear Dimitris,
we try to find why not working your instance. Another instances work
well on my node. Does you try to connect your instance with the 'View
display' on the cloud portal? Did the VM start correctly? Does sshd run
on the instance?

I think it is early to say goodbye to your data. Our team is working
hard to reveal what is the issue with your instance. Note, all other
vm-s seem running just fine, and newly created ones - just to test
functionality - are okay, too.
Right now we see that your node starts properly, it gets an internal
address (currently 10.10.10.110). However, when trying to reach it, it
turns out not even the mac address is found in the network namespace. We
try to find the root of the problem, we ask some more patience with it.

thank u both for the support but it doesnt seem to get any better i just created another instance with the same acount and floating ip an worked fine!!!what is wrong with my instance...

Dear Dimitris,
Please take it into account that help desk only operates from Monday to
Friday in working hours, and the nodes in non-Spainish regions are under
testing and configuration as declared in the FIWARE-Lab portal.
Fortunately, my colleagues have started handling the problem as soon as
it was reported on Saturday. However, the problem with your vm is a bit
different, and we have not experienced similar issue before. So, it
takes time to investigate and solve it. The file system of your vm is in
safe, and I'm sure that we will be able to recover it.
I kindly ask your patience and hope that we will be able to close this
issue on Monday.

Dear Dimitris,
we could not find the problem with your instance, but we found a
solution. Please create a new instance with the same
configuration(keypair,small,ubuntu). After that we will change the disk
on the VM. We will copy the bad instance disk under the new instance,
and you can connect the new instance.
Please send us an email, when the instance are created.
