          Hello,
          I can’t access any of my testbed instances today, even though I have setup the security group correctly, and I am accessing from within the IP address allowed.

          They are:
          • Name: chef-testing
          o ID: 3cecdcbf-542a-4fe3-8cc5-d26f45b46492
          o Status: ACTIVE
          • Name: unis-image-test-4
          o ID: 53ca9a2b-5681-4abd-98b5-d8e6fca72850
          o Status: ACTIVE
          • Name: iotDiscovery-keyrock
          o ID: f3bec7a5-25d8-4670-8de3-03e0b5f32a02
          o Status: ACTIVE
          Please take this as urgent since I need to finish my chef recipes ASAP.

            The testbed is down due to a problem in the datacenter. This is the reason you cannot access to your VM.
