First we had the internal quality assurance prior to the delivery performed by each GE owner. Then, we have been performing friendly testing with teams that are from different companies. 2.- It is developed already in the Policy Manager. However, this is not yet integrated with the PaaS Manager. And the portal does not have the facilities to input such data either (not yet). 3.- Yes, the VMs are monitored and the info is centralised and distributed. There is a component ("SLA Manager") that reacts when a threshold is reached. I believe that it also sent notifications.
