Hi Ioannis,

Two weeks ago we have decided to disconnect Lannion4 node in order to use Lannion5 as the main node.

As your community account was expired (the community account has 270 days of validity) and you didn’t asked for a renewal from 2 years, we supposed that you are not using your project anymore.
Unfortunately we don’t have the possibility to recover your vm’s, but if you want we will be glad to assist you to reinstall them on Lannion5 node.
In order to do that, please make a Community Account Request for renewal on:
https://cloud.lab.fiware.org/auth/login/?next=/

Dear Sir/madame,
I cannot connect with ssh to our virtual machines in Lannion4. The connection is timed out. Our public IPs of the virtual machines are 195.220.224.28, 195.220.224.29 and 195.220.224.39.
The virtual machines belong to project MigraineNet cloud
(ID 9eb8b1d355084708899979a1c75139e0)

Also, I cannot see the virtual machines in https://cloud.lab.fiware.org/ cloud portal.

Hi all,

The user had an expired account on Lannion4 node.
As Lannion4 node is no longer available, the user will make a Fiware Lab community user request for Lannion5 node to reinstall the VMs.
