      Description

Hi, I'm Pietro Muratore a researcher of Consorzio Arca, the business
      incubator of Università di Palermo.

We are studing the fi-ware platform.

Logged in the platform, we have selected the Spain region like you ask in
message box at the beginning of session; my account name is
      pmuratore@ideasrl.it

We have created a volume from the voice on left menu "Volumes", under the
      tab "cloud".

The volume name is "Volume1". The Volume1 status is "creating" from many
days and we can't make any operation on this volume, also the try of
cancelling the volume can't be done.

There is some problem or bug? Or we have mistaken something when we have
      created the volume?

      Best Regards, Pietro Muratore.

        Dear Pietro,

Sorry about your problem. We are full of space in Spain Region. if you need to use persistant storage, you should try in other region by now.
Anyway, do you really need persistant storage with volumes? I recommend you to use vm storage which should be enough for most of use cases.

        Regards.
