      Description

      Dear Fiware,
We are writing to you regarding a problem with my instance. I try to connect to my instance through an SSH connection, but it returns an error:

ssh: connect to host 217.172.12.204 port 22: Connection timed out

By logging in, I see that the status is “suspended” and the machine has been stopped by admin-vicenza on 3rd April 2019.
      How could I use it?

      Thank you in advance.

      Yours sincerely,

      Valentina Pagliuca

        Dear Valentina,
your fiware account type (valentina.pagliuca@outlook.it) is trial and after 15 days it expires.
In order to recover resources, periodically all vm of expired trial users are suspended.
I restarted the vm but you have to ask for a community account in order to avoid this kind of problem.
