      Description

      Dear Sir,

I am a new FI-WARE user who is learning about this powerful platform in
order to start developing several projects.

For that reason, I have created two instances to virtual machines in the
cloud section. Nevertheless, I cannot connect to them via SSH using Putty
for Windows. When I try to connect via Virtual Machine display, it seems to
work, but I cannot login since I do not know what my user and password for
      virtual machines are.

In this sense, I would really appreciate if you can help me by explaining
how to connect via SSH using Putty, or letting me know where to find my
      access credentials.

Looking forward to hearing from you, I would like to thank you for your
      help.

      Regards,

      Miguel Jimenez

        Dear Miguel,

you should find your answer in here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/23345226/accesing-to-a-vm-on-fi-lab

“During the creation of the keypair, you could download en .pem file that it is used to access to the VM using ssh (ssh -i xxx.pem…).”

If the problem still appears, just come back to us and let us know which region you created you application.

        Best regards,
        Florian
