Yes, you have to add at least 2 new rules (or a generic one).
You must open Ingress traffic to ports 1026 and 22. You can open it for general traffic (CIDR 0.0.0.0/0) or one for IP. It would be easier to open it for general traffic.

Thanks for the help; I saw that I sent the message from the wrong email address; I am actually registered with rob@quilibet.eu.
I have attached a screenshot from the security group rules; Do I need to add another rule for 1026? If so, What do I need to specify as "remote"? I am working form 2 locations with different IP addresses, so I am not sure what to enter for CIDR.
