          Description

          Hi good morning,

          Once created a new VM on my environment and when trying to associate a floating IP, I get this error:

          Error: External network 38a6b9b6-0ab8-4461-bd03-061f3a861090 is not reachable from subnet da4b671e-087c-4b15-b26c-36288f068fd9. Therefore, cannot associate Port 2291af18-7b00-4e1c-b7ea-67445e118ac0 with a Floating IP.

          Error: No ha sido posible asociar la dirección IP 10.1.68.100.

          Please, could you check what is the problem, and why this is happening? My cloud is ana.pontual@atos.net<ana.pontual@atos.net> cloud. The screen shot:

            Dear user,

            You are trying to use 3 different networks when you try to deploy your instance. Although there are 3 different networks, the only available to use to get public access is "node-int-net-01" the others are private networks not allowed to be used by normal users.

            Try to use only this network and try to allocate a public IP to it.

            Dear user,

            The image shows that you are trying to use a private IP address which suggests me that the IP was allocated from the pool "federation-ext-net-01" and not from the pool "public-ext-net-01".

            Could you check it?
