      Description

      Dear Fiware lab help desk,

I'm using FIWARE-Lab on Noida Node but I'm facing a problem that a created volume cannot delete on the cloud portal.

I found that volume attached to "None", I guess that is the cause which cannot delete the volume.
      Please confirm the attached.

Could you tell me how to delete the volume?

      Best Regards,

      Naoya Anzai

Issue w.r.t HELP-14613 is resolved now. We have attached the email regarding the confirmation of user received on 18th Sep

However it was the issue user (i.e. Naoya Anzai) was not able to get alert email from Fiware tool. We have to do email conversation separately to resolve this issue.

        Dear Anzai San,

Volume should not be in attached state or in use state, in order to delete it.

Volume is attached to an instance.
For deleting the volume, Go to Volume Tab in the cloud portal, select the volume that you want to delete and select "Manage Attachments" Tab from the drop down list in the Action column ( as shown in attached detach_1.png screenshot) , Detach the volume ( as shown is attached detach_3.png, detach_4.png and detach_5.png screenshots) and then try to delete it.

Note: After clicking on manage attachment tab, sometimes error occurs as shown in attached detach_2.png screenshot and get logged out from cloud portal. So, one should try again to detach and delete the volume.

Please confirm if issue get resolved using above provided input/response.

        Regards,
        Fiware Lab Team Noida
