      Hi,

      we lost connectivy with one our instances yesterday, we launched a Shutdown
      in order to restart the instance later but 24 hours later the instance is
      still in "Shutting down" state.

        We had a hardaware failure in our datacenter and we had to change a physical component. The intervention is on going but we need to check all the systems after the switch on them. We expect to recover the datacenter during today or tomorrow.
