Description
Hi,
I'm unable to restart an cloud instance with id
*5438345d-fd95-4a1f-9936-81d7af09c945.
*Can you restart it? Had to restart it, because the website it hosted is
down and I'm unable to ssh into the server. This happens every ~6 months. A
hard reset usually helps, but now I'm unable to restart the instance.

Sorry, but unfortunatelly we are having hardware problems which we are
trying to solve with the Hardware providers. I'll tell you when
everything is solved
