Morning,
as I tried to ssh into my Fiware instance as I usually do, I got a “Network Unreachable” although I have a working Internet connection.
Then I went to https://cloud.lab.fiware.org/project/instances/ <https://cloud.lab.fiware.org/project/instances/> for a “Soft Reboot”, and it has been “Rebooting" for more than an hour now. Any idea what I can do?

We had one outage in one of our datacenters. It is solved now. Maybe you should try to start it again. Maybe you'll need to try to do a hard reboot if a soft reboot doesn't work.
