      Description

      Buenas,

      Mi usuario es "juan.sancho". Estoy intentando entrar en el Cloud Portal y me salta un mensaje << Unauthorized. Please try logging in again. >>

      El caso es que hace unas horas no podía acceder, se quedaba cargando. Al cabo de un rato, ya podía acceder y trabajar. Al cabo de otro poco me ha sacado de la sesión (estaba usándolo, así que no ha expirado mi sesión por inactividad), y ahora este mensaje de Unauthorized ....

      Ayuda please!

        Dear Juan,

        The language used to communicate with FIWARE Help is English. The Cloud Portal is working well, although you don't have any node assigned. You were assigned to SpainTenerife node and the closed the node.

        I guess the node administrators informed you by email about 2 months ago that they were closing the node and requesting their users to migrate their VMs and resources.

        I also guess this is the same ticket as https://jira.fiware.org/browse/HELP-12997, so, I'm closing it and let's solve this one.
