      Description

      Hello,
I have completed the "Request Community Account upgrade" on 30/10/2017 and no answer has arrived.
Could you verify if all the process is being done correctly?
      Thanks,    Mike

        Hello,
I have completed the information when click de button "Request Community Account upgrade" from [1]https://account.lab.fiware.org/ in order to have access to the fiware cloud ([2]https://cloud.lab.fiware.org/auth/login/?next=/).
I have received that the upgrade has been done but when I try to access to "[3]https://cloud.lab.fiware.org/auth/login/?next=/)" with my user credentials, I can't access. It says "Invalid credentials."
As I can see, in the same page "[4]https://cloud.lab.fiware.org/auth/login/?next=/)" there is also a "Request community account" button to fill with the same information as the "[5]https://account.lab.fiware.org/" page.
So, the same info that I fill in page "[6]https://account.lab.fiware.org/" request button "Request Community Account upgrade" is sent to the same place that page "[7]https://cloud.lab.fiware.org/auth/login/?next=/" request button "Request community account"?
I would need accés to the Fiware cloud.
        Could you help me please?
        Thanks,    Mike-------- Original Message --------

Please, test again if you can login with the same password, if you can't login with your password I'll reset the cloud password for you and I'll send you a new password in a private mail. You can change it later.

        Regards,
        José Ignacio

        Dear Jose Ignacio,

It does not work with my username (urmeneta@ac.upc.edu).

I can login to the lab account, but not to the cloud.

I'm also working in the same project as Mike told you via the accelerator programme of frontierCities2.

        Best regards,

        Jordi Urmeneta.

User mike@sparsity-technologies.com confirmed me he had access. So the ticket is properly closed. I didn't take any action (until now) on user urmeneta@ac.upc.edu — It is not the same case to me.

        Regards,
        José Ignacio
