Good Morning.

I'm trying to connect to a VM created into Fiware Cloud, but it return the following error:
Failed to connect to server (code: 1006)

I Attached my account info:

• Region: SpainTenerife
• Project: Ilknur-chulani cloud
• User: fernando.mendez.external@atos.net<fernando.mendez.external@atos.net>
• Instance name: fi-next
• Instance ID: 151b2a31-ad58-4efa-8f73-7a8d2c31e447
• Instance Status: ACTIVE

Please, I'll be very appreciated to have the problem resolved as soon as possible.
