Description
Good Morning.
I'm trying to connect to a VM created into Fiware Cloud, but it return the following error:
Failed to connect to server (code: 1006)
I Attached my account info:
- Region: SpainTenerife
- Project: Ilknur-chulani cloud
- User: fernando.mendez.external@atos.net<fernando.mendez.external@atos.net
> - Instance name: fi-next
- Instance ID: 151b2a31-ad58-4efa-8f73-7a8d2c31e447
- Instance Status: ACTIVE
Please, I'll be very appreciated to have the problem resolved as soon as possible.

The instance is up and running. And it can be reached through ssh (tested locally and working)
