      Description

      Hi all,
      We have 2 VM into the Spain2 node, attached an screenshot.

      [cid:image005.jpg@01D2E5C6.F373E5F0]

      Both VM are running, in the past I was able to connect with SSH clients to both VM but today I get an error from the one called "RADICAL_VM_TEMPLATE".

      If I try to use the connect tab of the UI I also get an error.

      [cid:image006.jpg@01D2E5C6.F373E5F0]

      I try to restart the VM and the error persists. Can you help me? How I can connect to the VM?

      Best regards;
      Miquel

        Dear Miquel,

        I'll take a look at the problem with the VNC proxy, thank you for informing about this. However, it is useless. You can't access your VM using the terminal because it would ask you for user and password and there is no password for your user (debian), so, the only way to access your VM is using ssh.

        On the other hand, you SSH Is working perfectly. I've tryied to test ssh to your VM, and it works as it should in both VMs: It rejects my connection since I don't have valid Keys to use your VMs, but that means that your VM Is accesible using SSH. Of course, I can't access your VM "RADICAL_VM_TEMPLATE" from the Internet, it doesn't have a public IP, but I can connect from inside the Spain2 Node (of course, I can't establish an SSH session).

        Regards,
        José Ignacio.
